In practice: Tsars is a foreign operator without a Belgian licence. That is why, this is fine for short play, less so for long sessions.

The offering mapped

Tsars does not know the Belgian limitation on the offering: slots from dozens of studios plus live tables. Against that, oversight, EPIS and the weekly ceiling fall away.

What sets a Belgian hall apart are the dice games: mystery Box, 777 Win Spinner, Infinity Dice, it is a format that runs almost nowhere else.

From signup to first payout

Opening an account varies little: your real details plus a KYC check before any money leaves. Usually an ID together with a document showing your address is enough.

Expect English-language support with no Belgian complaint channel. Keep the confirmation e-mails of your deposits; they are your only foothold if things go wrong.

Weekly limit, age bar and exclusion

Belgium regulates player protection notably strictly by European standards with concrete consequences for your account. Every licence holder opens your account at €200 per week. Downwards it goes without an intermediate step, raising runs through a verification and then a waiting window.

The EPIS system is the regulator's central exclusion list: whoever registers is barred everywhere immediately, online as well as offline. Registering costs nothing. For casino, gaming hall and betting the bar has been 21 since September 2024; lottery products are the exception at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.

What players ask us

€200 per week per site applies automatically; you need not request it. It is on by default; you need do nothing. You set it in your account settings.

EPIS is the central register — registering is enough to stay out everywhere at once. The request is free of charge. Physical venues will refuse you afterwards too.

21 — that has been the rule since the 2024 reform, National Lottery aside. This is verified at registration. The check is automatic at licensed sites.

Not legal in the Belgian sense: Tsars operates without a Gaming Commission licence. The regulator keeps both lists current. Always verify it yourself before depositing.

Depositing with Bancontact works; the money comes back through your bank account. Reckon on a minimum of around €5. Turnaround depends mostly on the operator, not on Bancontact.
